Jorge Cortes Sr.
Head architect, holder of a Bachelor of architecture and a master of architectural degrees, Jorge L. Cortes has made history in Waterloo region. With decades of practical experience in the fields of architectural design, project management supervision, coordination, and contract administration, you can be certain his work is of the highest kind and quality.
Having attended numerous educational institutions (New York University, Pratt Institute and University of Toronto to name a few) this chief architect possesses an enhanced understanding that has proven to be invaluable to clients over the years. Since graduating as a bachelor of architecture in 1965, Jorge L. Cortes founded J.L.Cortes Architect Corporation on which he built his legacy that lives on.
Jorge Cortes Jr.
Jorge A. Cortes is an architectural technologist, with 25 years of practical experience in the preparation of technical documents, project coordination and management of the Auto CAD production staff. He is also responsible for the preparation of contemplated change orders for owner review and approval, preparation of monthly payment certificates, reports. estimating and computer aided work.
Being deeply involved in a project from initial preliminary conceptional design to completion of construction, there is no question that client satisfaction is his top priority. Jorge's experience in the architectural field is a key factor in the successful completion of more than 65 projects in the firm. With the chief architect as a father and role model, Jorge Cortes Jr. has made a name for himself with only greatness on the horizon.
